Social Skill Instruction
Each youth will learn to implement a different set of everyday social skills that have been assigned for each level in our motivational system. These skills range from basic to advanced.
Motivational System
RTH uses a motivational system that is results based. Each level has a set criteria that must be met before moving to the next level.

Each level increases both privileges and responsibility.
The motivational system is based on the Olympics. All new youth start on the Training level and must earn each medal.
Independent Living
Each youth will learn basic independent living skills upon placement. Those age 14 and up learn more advanced independent living skills to prepare them for adulthood.
